Kami-sama

Kami-sama is the god of the earth (guardian in the U.S. version).  He is the one who created the Dragonballs(To give people something to do).  He has been Kami for centuries.  Piccolo Daimaou is his evil half, later on Piccolo Jr takes Daimaou's place.  Kami-sama trains Goku to fight Piccolo Jr. at the Tenkaichi Budokai and fights in it himself under the guise of Shen.
