Bulma Age: 61 Bulma is one of the Dragonball sagas most important characters. Without her there would be no dragon radar, the ray gun to restore Vegeta's tail, and the gravity chamber wouldn't exist. There also wouldn't even be a Dragonball series. Goku never wouldn't have gone to collect Dragonballs and the rule of the world would be thrown around between Pilaf, The Red Ribbon Army, and many others.
