Chii Shenron

Chii Shenron is the evil spirit of the 7-star dragonball. He was created by
 the wish to restore all of the killed ones in the 25th World Tournament. 
Chii used other life form's bodies to conceal his weak pig like body. 
Pretending to have died from an attack aimed a Goku and Pan, he was able to 
take over Pan and grow into an enormous dragon. To get Pan back, Goku acted
 defeated to get Chii to let him talk to Pan again. Using this opportunity, 
Goku retrieved Pan and annihilated Chii Shenron, restoring The 7-star ball.
