Gogeta - Fusion form of Goku & Vegeta by way of the "Fusion Dance".  He's a little more Goku in personality and is only seen in the DBZ movies.

Vejito - 1st fusion form of Goku & Vegeta.  Created using the Potara earrings from Dai Kaiou-sama.  His personality is a bit more Vegeta than Goku.  Supposedly a permanent fusion, he is split apart within Majin Buu.

Gotenks - Fusion form of Goten & Trunks by way of the "Fusion Dance".  Arrogant and cocky, he brings out the worst sides of the young senshi.

Kibitoshin - Fusion form of Kibito and Kaioushin.  There really isn't an official name for him, but this seems to be the one most used.  His personality is more Kaioushin than Kibito.

Puar - Yamcha's shape-shifting sidekick.  She plays a very small role in DBZ

Oolong - Puar's former schoolmate and Kamesennin's perverted companion, this shape-shifting pig also plays a minor role in DBZ.

Chaouzu - Tenshinhan's longtime friend and fellow student of Tsurusennin.  During the Cell saga he fades into the background due to his power level.

Shenlon - Earth's own Eternal dragon.  Though several centuries old, even he gets surprised by the Z senshi on occasion.

Dr. & Mrs. Briefs - Bulma's parents.  Her father is an eccentric genius while her mother is a scatter-brained sweetheart.  Both adopt Vegeta into their family before he and Bulma hook up.

Mr. Popo - Kami-sama's assistant.   Possibly as old as the Earth itself, he provides advice and guidance to each of Earth's Kami's, though he is most fond of the two Namek-jin kamis.

Juurokugo - Failed robot #16.   Though he did intend to fulfill his programming to destroy Goku.  #16 refused to harm anyone or anything else, and had a great appreciation of nature.  It is his death that triggers Gohan's transformation into SSJ2.

Marron - Kuririn's bubble-headed girlfriend who bears a striking resemblance to Bulma.

Kami - Guardian of the Earth, Kami is a Namek-jin who was sent to Earth when Namek-sei was nearly destroyed.  Not remembering who he was or where he came from, he settled on Earth, eventually becoming Kami of Earth and creating the dragon balls.  When Cell awakens, he fuses back with Piccolo in order to defeat the bio-android.

Enmadaiou - God of the Dead.   He decides whether souls go to Heaven or Hell.

Kaiou - Lord of Worlds.  The god above the planet kamis.  Mostly we deal with the North Kaiou, as Earth, Vegeta-sei, Namek-sei all fall into his corner of the universe.  There are three other Kaiou:  South, East, and West.

Dai Kaiou - the Kaiou above the North, South, East, & West Kaious.  He has an affinity for loud music and denim.   ^_^

Kibito - Kaioushin's stoic assistant.  Fiercely loyal, but mired in tradition, he'd do anything for his master.   Even if it is breaking sacred traditions.

Kaioushin - God above the Kaious.   The last of the four Kaioushins, he is determined to stop Majin Buu at all costs.   But even gods can be misinformed as he is constantly being surprised by the Z senshi's power.

Dai Kaioushin - God above the Kaioushins.  Sealed into the Z sword by someone who feared his "special power", this old god could give Kamesennin a run for his money in the perversion department.  Despite that and his come and go senilty, he really does possess a great ability which he uses on Gohan to enhance his power.

Tapion - Alien teen sealed into a pod and shot into space.   He has half of the soul of the demon Hirudegarn sealed within him and is the one who gives Trunks his sword.  Only appears in movie 13.

Minoshia - Tapion's younger brother who bears a striking resemblance to Trunks.  He is killed before Tapion is sent into space and once held the other half of Hirudegarn's soul.  Only appears in movie 13.

Lime - Village girl Gohan runs into before the Cell games.   She was freaking out the townspeople by yelling false alarms.

Vegeta Ou - Vegeta's father.  The proud king of the saiya-jin found himself forced into compliance by Furiza, losing control over his kingdom and in the end his son.  Despite overwhelming odds he tried to rescue young Vegeta from the tyrant, only to be killed.

Bardock - Goku's father.  A third class soldier with an unusual success rate.  Upon learning of his youngest son's birth he wasn't excited in the least.  Kakarott was just another third class.  It wasn't until a surviving alien from a planet his team had purged, cursed him with the gift of future-sight that he thought different.  Knowing Vegeta-sei's fate and what his son would become, Bardock tried to stop Furiza alone.  Fighting through impossible odds, he made it to the tyrant and attempted to destroy him.  Unfortunately, his power was far below Furiza and he was killed directly by the ki ball Furiza launched at the planet.

Toma - Bardock's teammate and best friend.

Celipa - Bardock's only female teammate.

Panboukin - Bardock's teammate.

Totepo - Bardock's teammate.

Zarbon - Furiza's effeminate right-hand man.  Overly cautious and at the same time cocky.  He can't stand Vegeta, especially after he's forced to use his second form on him.

Dodoria - If Zarbon is Furiza's right then Dodoria is his left.  Very powerful but quick to anger and not overly bright.

Kewi - Apparent rival of Vegeta, he follows the saiya-jin prince to Namek and shortly after wishes he hadn't.

King Cold - Furiza's father.   Though not much is seen of him, it's easy to see where Furiza got his nasty personality from.

Cell Jr. - Cell's nasty little "children", not very bright, but incredibly powerful.  Easily a match for a super saiya-jin.

Juukyugo - #19, small energy absorbing jinzouningen that accompanied Dr. Gero(#20) to attack the Z senshi.

Turles - Goku look-a-like that came to earth to use the planet's rich life force to grow the "Tree of Might" so he and his minions could conquer the universe.  Only appears in movie 3.

Janeba - strange shape-shifting demon that posesses one of the oni workers in otherworld.  Has two forms: a fat goofy one and a thinner more demonic one.  Only appears in movie 12.

Hirudegarn - demon sealed within two boys.  Escapes his imprisonment and does some major damage on earth thanks to a nasty little sorceror who wanted to use his power.  Only appears in movie 13.

Bojack - Powerful warrior sealed within Kaiou-sama's planet.  He makes Cell almost seem cuddly.  Only appears in movie 5.
